True North Accountability System
This is an exercise that I bring to leadership teams. It’s a mission-driven accountability process that we turn into an entire system. We meet monthly or quarterly to create a consistent rhythm to elevate your True North into how you set and track goals, ultimately bringing a breath of fresh air to accountability and organizational learning.
Together, we sharpen priorities, align outcomes with your ‘why’, and build a culture centered on accountability, results, and learning.
