My Story
In 2016, I stepped away from work, meetings, and the endless to-do lists and gave myself permission to do something I had never done before: spend five days in a masterclass with myself. I wanted to get clear on what I truly valued, what I believed in, and what I wanted out of life.
Those five days changed my course.
They gave me clarity on my principles, sharpened my sense of direction, and ultimately shaped the path that led to my TED Talk at TED’s NYC headquarters and the creation of Unsettled.
In 2025, I returned to this same process with fresh eyes — and it realigned me again. It reminded me that every major shift in my life has started by articulating the principles and values that guide my True North.
Today, I help individuals do the same.
